Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 large jar chunky peppers, mushroom spaghetti sauce or whatever kind you like
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
    oregano
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Beat eggs, salt, pepper and garlic salt together with a fork.
    Dip eggplant into egg mixture and then bread crumbs and fry until brown.
    Drain well.
    Put in bottom of casserole dish.
