Sugared Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar and water on high until sugar melts.
    Add nuts and cook until crystallized.
    Don't stir too much especially if you use peanuts as the husk will come off.
    Lower heat when you add nuts.
    Add vanilla; stir until dry.
    Pour and spread on buttered pan.
    Salt lightly and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
