Aunt Jane'S Hot Sauce(Salsa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    4 jalapeno peppers (8 to 10)(10 to 15)
    3 large hot red peppers (6 to 8)(10 to 15)
    2 to 3 green peppers
    2 to 3 onions
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Skin tomatoes and quarter.
    Start cooking in large pot while doing the rest of them.
    Cut into small pieces the rest of the ingredients.
    Continue cooking for 1 to 2 hours (until as thick as you like).
    I take a slotted spoon and take out large hunks and put through the blender as it cooks.
    Bottle and seal.
    Process for 25 to 30 minutes in canner.
