Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Canadian ham, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 medium potatoes, pared, cooked and sliced thin
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook ham in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion.
    Cook and stir until tender.
    Add the salt and potatoes; blend.
    Keep on low heat. Incorporate the sour cream and serve at once, sprinkled with paprika.
    Serves 6.
