Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together boiling water and zucchini in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in lightly greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
    Top with Lemon Swirl Frosting.
