Chicken Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. instant rice, uncooked
8 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Into the bottom of 9 x 12-inch ungreased baking dish, pour the rice.
Place chicken breasts on the rice, then top each breast with slice of Swiss cheese.
