Pineapple Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 No. 2 can chunk pineapple
1-1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook rice and drain well. Combine pineapple, sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir well, place over heat and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Mix with cooked rice and place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour. Serves 8 to 10.
