Country Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) stew beef, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. carrot chunks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. frozen green beans
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. cauliflower
Preparation
    Coat meat with 2 tablespoons
    flour.
    Brown meat and onions in hot oil in skillet.
    Stir in salt, pepper, soup and water.
    Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, in slow oven (325\u00b0) for one hour.
    Stir in carrots.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
