Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine rice, sugar, butter, egg yolks and flavoring.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until dry.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat until it comes to a peak.
