Peach-Champagne Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. gelatin
    6 peaches, quartered
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar (about)
    2 c. champagne
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water in saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Combine peaches, sugar to taste (according to sweetness of peaches) and lemon juice in large bowl; mix well to combine.
    Place half of mixture in blender; blend until smooth. Repeat with remaining half of peach mixture.
