Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. mixed Italian spice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper and flour mixed
Preparation

Dredge steak in flour mix.
In large skillet (electric skillet works great), brown steak in oil.
Top with spices, onion, celery, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Simmer 1 hour, check occasionally and add water, if necessary.
Serve over hot rice.
