Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. hamburg
    flour
    1 can drained mushrooms (fresh are better, but not necessary)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine until soft.
    Add hamburg and fry.
    Toss in a little flour.
    Add mushrooms and soup; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat.
    Do not boil!
    Serve on rice. Will serve 8 people (a good meat stretcher!).
