Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. cubed rhubarb
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon. Cover bottom of 9-inch baking dish or pan, that has been sprayed with Pam, with half of the mixture.
    Arrange rhubarb on top evenly.
    Cook water, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla until thick. Pour over rhubarb, then top with remaining crumbly mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Serve warm.
