Cindy'S Chicken Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
6 large potatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp red crushed peppers
Preparation

Cook chicken (save broth) and remove from bone. Tear up into small pieces, set aside. Cook potatoes, onion, corn, tomatoes sauce, salt and peppers in chicken broth. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add chicken, reduce to a simmer and cook about 15 to 20 minutes longer. Your stew is ready to eat.
