Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 medium unpeeled red apple, chopped
    3/4 c. dried cranberries
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. green onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lime juice
    1/2 - 3/4 tsp. curry powder
    12 slices bread
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
    Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder; add to chicken mixture and stir to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut each slice of bread with 3 inch cookie cutter, whatever shape you desire.
    Top each slice of bread with lettuce and chicken salad.
