Hamburger Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. plus 4 oz. ground beef
    1/8 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chicken rice soup
    1/2 qt. chow mein noodles
    51 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. 2% milk
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
    Mix hamburger with soup and milk.
    Stir in chow mein noodles.
    Bake in greased pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 covered.
    Makes 48 servings per 12 x 20 x 4-inch pan.
