Hot Cranberry-Mandarin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    1/2 tsp. fresh shredded ginger or ginger preserves
    1 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
    1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Put drained mandarins in blender, chop coarsely.
    Add the remaining ingredients, process for 20 seconds.
    Pour into a saucepan, heat, stirring occasionally, simmer about 1 minute. Serve hot or cold.
    This is a great sauce for canned or fresh peaches, apricots or pears, or as a sauce for chicken, turkey, ham or pork.
