Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/2 c. cooked frozen English peas
    1/2 c. cooked frozen lima beans
    1/2 c. cooked carrots (until crispy)
    pickle relish
    pimentos
    1 Tbsp. mustard or less
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
    While rice is hot, add mayonnaise and onion.
    Mix well and chill, then you can add any of the following (whatever you like!): ham, peas, lima beans, carrots, pickle relish, pimentos, mustard and curry powder.
    The amount of vegetables you add can be adjusted to your taste.
    I also seasoned with black pepper.
    Celery can also be added.
