Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned
2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. snow peas
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
rice
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts in 2 cups water until tender; remove from bone.
Retain broth.
Add the chicken meat, vegetables and pineapple.
Simmer on reduced heat for about 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
