Chicken Loaf And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    4 c. diced chicken, cooked
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. diced celery
    chopped pimento
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk and chicken broth.
    Blend in eggs and bread crumbs. Allow to cool.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and spread in a greased pan and allow to stand overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Top with Mushroom Sauce.
