Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 medium potatoes
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    beef
    with
    onions
    and\tpeppers; drain. Layer sliced
    potatoes in ungreased casserole dish.
    Top with ground beef mixture.
    Mash Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice and pour over casserole.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
