Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add 1/2 cup milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to batter.
    Stir in oil and corn.
    If too thick, add a little more milk.
    Drop from teaspoon into deep grease and fry at 350\u00b0.
    The fritters will turn themselves and are done when golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
