Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add sugar and well beaten egg.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Sift flour and add to mixture, a little at a time alternating with milk until all are in.
    Roll 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut into cakes and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
