Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or lard
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins or walnuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, sour milk with soda dissolved in it.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls on well floured pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes.
