Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and cut in thin strips
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 each: medium sized red, yellow and green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1/2 c. salsa
    12 flour tortillas
    shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Add chicken; stir.
    Marinate 15 minutes.
    Cook onion and peppers; set aside.
    Stir-fry chicken for 3 to 5 minutes, until no longer pink.
    Mix chicken and veggies together.
    Stir in salsa.
    Place approximately 1/2 cup mixture on tortilla.
    Sprinkle with cheese and roll up.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
