Steak And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces steak or pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 cans water
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In electric skillet at 350\u00b0, add oil and
    brown meat on both sides.
    You can use another skillet on top\tof
    the stove using medium-high heat.
    Remove
    meat from skillet after brown and drain off grease.
    Mix soup and water until dissolved in a bowl.\tPut potatoes, onion
    and
    pepper
    in skillet or a large baking\tdish. Place
    meat
    on
    top
    of
    potatoes.
    Pour
    soup mixture over this and cook covered at 275\u00b0 in electric skillet about 1 hour or bake in 300\u00b0 oven until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally to keep potatoes from sticking.
