Apricot Chicken Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Spread olive oil in baking dish.
    Mix flour and salt.
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture one at a time and place in baking dish.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
