Seafood Gumbo Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. raw shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat or scallops
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 c. chicken or fish broth
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. cooked white rice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in soup kettle.
Add seafood; saute for 5 minutes.
Stir in broth and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in rice and seasonings.
Serve.
