Butter Pecan Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. Serve warm over refrigerated cheesecake.
