Italian Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 lb. each) broiler-frying chickens
    Italian salad dressing
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut chickens.
    Brush both sides with salad dressing.
    Cover, refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
    Season chickens with salt and pepper.
    Place in broiling pan, skin side down.
    Broil 5 to 7-inches from heat for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Baste with salad dressing.
    Turn, repeat other side for 15 minutes until golden.
