Sweet And Sour Meatballs(I Use Sam'S.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar (light)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    30 meatballs (frozen or thawed)
    1 large bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
    Add water to juice if needed to make 1 cup.
    Pour into pan and add 1/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch.\tStir until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    I put this in the crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
    (Can simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or heated throughout.)
    Serve over rice.
