German Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced potatoes
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    5 c. boiling water
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Crock-Pot Method:
    Cook vegetables overnight in bouillon and water mixture, until veggies are all soft.
    Add cream of celery soup and cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
