Lo-Cal Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss, Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. mushrooms, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan.
    Mix well and place in\ta
    greased
    9-inch pie pan or quiche dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan
    cheese
    and
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until set
    and
    golden.
    Makes
    8
    servings with 125 calories each.
    May be frozen.
