Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers or cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
    Spread in a long casserole dish and top with crackers that have been mixed with 3/4 or 1 stick margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
