Nana Lee'S Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually to eggs.
Beat mixture until lemon in color.
Add sifted dry ingredients and then scalded milk with butter melted into the milk.
Mix milk into mixture to form a batter.
Add vanilla to the batter.
Pour batter into 8-inch square greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
