Ancho Chile Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Ancho chili puree
8 qt. peeled and chopped plum tomatoes
6 c. red peppers, chopped
4 c. chopped onions
2 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

Drain tomatoes.
Combine with all ingredients.
Simmer until onions are translucent.
