Biscuit Mix(Makes 15 Cups Of Mix.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/3 c. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. shortening (Crisco)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly in large bowl (6 to 8-quart cup capacity). Cut in Crisco with pastry blender or mixer until fine crumbs are obtained and Crisco is evenly dispersed. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator. Use within 3 months. Use for biscuits, muffins, pancakes and more.
