4 small dried Chinese black mushrooms
4 Tbsp. water used for soaking mushrooms
1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. mirin
4 oz. chicken breast meat
2 tsp. Sake
salt
1-inch carrot
4 oz. spinach
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. mirin
vegetable oil
2-inch kamaboko (boiled fish taste)
Preparation
