Creamy Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 jar picante sauce
    jalapenos, sliced
    lettuce, chopped
    tomato, diced
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Blend softened cream cheese and picante sauce until smooth. Pour onto flat serving dish.
    (Should be about 1/2 inch thick.) Top with jalapenos, lettuce, diced tomato and cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
