Herbed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small new potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    2 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 1/2 tsp. freeze-dried chives
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    Peel a 1/2-inch strip around center of each potato.
    Cook potatoes, covered, in boiling water 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes; add remaining ingredients.
    Toss well to coat. Yields 4 servings.
