Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. oats
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. cashews
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together oats, coconut, wheat germ and cashews.
    Set aside.
    Mix oil, honey, water and vanilla.
    Pour over dry ingredients, coating thoroughly.
