Cool, Creamy Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, puree the cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, mustard and garlic until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
Stir in the parsley and basil (another herb may be used for variety).
If too thick, thin with skim milk or non-fat yogurt.
