Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. tomato soup (or 4 pkg. Lipton)
    1 or 2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Wash and prepare cabbage by chopping into large pieces and placing in bottom of a greased baking dish.
    In a large skillet, brown meat and onion.
    Drain; add rice and blend thoroughly. Season to taste.
    Pour meat mixture over cabbage.
    Cover with tomato soup and 1 cup water (use more water if dry soup mix is used).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
