Brownie Pizza Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Karo (light or dark corn syrup)
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate (Baker's preferred)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Grease and flour a 12 x 1/2-inch pizza pan.
In a 3-quart saucepan, bring corn syrup and whipping cream to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add chocolate; stir until melted. Set aside 2/3 cup of this chocolate sauce.
Add butter and sugar to the remaining sauce; stir until butter melts.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour, salt and nuts.
Pour into the pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 20 minutes, or until firm; cool on rack.
Top with ice cream, fruit, nuts and chocolate sauce.
