Baked West Virginia Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 lb. ham
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 or 2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    juice of 3 oranges
    juice of 2 small grapefruit
    juice of 1 jar maraschino cherries
    juice of 1 medium size can pineapple
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    whole cloves
Preparation
    Wrap
    ham
    in
    foil or brown wrapping paper.
    Place fat side up
    in
    roaster
    and
    bake
    in slow oven, about 300\u00b0, 25 minutes per
    pound.
    Take
    from
    oven 45 minutes before done. Remove paper and rind.
    In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, mustard
    and white vinegar.
    Rub into and all over ham, using all the mixture.
