Blackened Tuna Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tuna steaks
    butter or margarine
    Cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Chill tuna.
    Melt margarine and dip.
    Cover steaks well.
    Cover with Cajun spice.
    Heat pan for five minutes.
    Preferably use iron skillet and get the pan hot.
    Cook steaks until \"scorched,\" not burned, approximately five minutes on each side.
    Tuna is done when still slightly pink on inside; overdone if gray on inside.
