Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) round steaks, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    4 cloves garlic
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. sliced onions
    4 green peppers, cut into strips
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 large tomatoes, cut in eighths
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    Pound steak and cut in strips.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Brown in butter.
    Add garlic and bouillon cubes; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Stir in onions and green peppers.
    Cook 5 minutes more. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
    Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring, until clear.
    Add tomatoes.
    Heat until warm. Serve over rice.
