Raspberry Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped English walnuts
    3 egg whites
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    frozen raspberries
    whipped cream
Preparation
    To the cracker crumbs, add the walnuts.
    Beat egg whites with salt; when stiff, gradually beat in sugar.
    Add lemon extract and vanilla.
    Fold in crumbs and nuts.
    Bake in buttered 9-inch pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Serve in wedges topped with raspberries (frozen) and juice and whipped cream.
