Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can V-8 juice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 small onion
    1 lb. carrots
    3 or 4 potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a casserole with a tight cover.
    Bake for 5 hours at 250\u00b0, stirring occasionally, or put all ingredients into your crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
