Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin
3 oz. cream cheese
10 3/4 oz. condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shrimp, cooked and cut
Preparation

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cool water and save.
Melt cheese and soup in saucepan.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Add gelatin and beat until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into lightly greased 6-cup mold.
Serve with crackers.
For 12 to 15 with cocktails.
